Nuova costruzione post sisma. Camere pulite e ben esposte. La cosa che mine piaciuta di più la colazione con la signora molto gentile e tutti portato al tavolo velocemente e caldo. Mi hanno detto che anche la cena è ottima ma io non ho usufruito del servizio. Unico accorgimento che mi sento di dare.....togliere le tendine e mettere dei pannelli doccia. Bravissimi restate sul territorio. Tanti complimenti e un grosso in bocca al lupo.
Determinazione, coraggio, hanno fatto sì che il glorioso Hotel Crystal rinascesse dalle proprie ceneri come una Fenice,il terremoto non ha intaccato minimamente la qualità e la bontà del cibo,venire qui a mangiare è come sentirsi a casa propria. Sentirsi coccolati da Luisa e Luca è un piacere

Posto incantevole, frutto di una delocalizzazione temporanea a seguito degli eventi sismici del 2016. Estrema professionalità, capacità di reinventarsi e di sfruttare appieno ciò che di bello è rimasto dopo il terribile terremoto. Personale cortese ed attento, sempre disponibile; cibo di altissima qualità: ogni volta un esplosione di sapori raffinati che nascono da ottime materie prime locali, che grazie alla raffinata cucina esaltano le proprie particolarità. Ottimi e variegati gli antipasti, abbondanti e sfiziosi; primi deliziosi (dieci stelle per i rigatoni fatti in casa alla Norcina, da provare assolutamente!); secondi diversi in base alla stagione, - a volte presente in menù anche anche cacciagione ricercata, come il carré di cervo alle castagne. Dolci superlativi, frutto di preparazione e ricerca autodidatta della titolare. Prezzi assolutamente in linea con qualità e quantità. Che dire? 5 stelle, ma ce ne fossero 6 le daremmo tutte!!! Bravi, bravi, bravi!
Fine settimana molto rilassante. Locale pulitissimo, ottima accoglienza e cibo genuino. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza a chi si vuol rigenerare dallo stress cittadino.
Abbiamo pranzato in questa struttura con un gruppo numeroso composto da tre famiglie. Gentilissimi fin dalla disponibilità per i numerosi bambini. Cibo davvero buonissimo. Segnalo le tagliatelline al sugo di cinghiale e la tagliata con lardo di colonnata e tartufo nero. Tutto davvero eccellente. Ottimi anche i dolci. Torneremo sicuramente.
